Facebook chief  Mark Zuckerberg  on Thursday announced the parent company's name is being changed to " Meta " to represent a future beyond just its troubled social network.  The name change comes as the company battles criticisms from lawmakers and regulators over its market power, its algorithmic decisions and the policing of abuses on its platforms. CEO Mark Zuckerberg, speaking at the company's live-streamed virtual and augmented reality conference, said the new name reflected its focus on building the metaverse. "We've learned a lot from struggling with social issues and living under closed platforms, and now it is time to take everything that we've learned and help build the next chapter," Zuckerberg said. One Plus 3T to be discontinued after the launch of One Plus 5

As one plus 5 is set to launch in few time, company made a disheartening  announcement today of discontinuing the flagship One Plus 3T in some time after the launch. It also confirmed that it will continue provide updates to One Plus 3 and 3T smartphones. 

As announced, 
"This is the last call to buy the One Plus 3T before stock runs put.  Only a few devices are left in our warehouse, so purchase yours before time runs out. "

" The one Plus 3T (both 64GB and 128GB variants) will continue to be available for purchase in India until later this year. OnePlus products and accessories are available through all three official sales channels, including oneplusstore.in, Amazon.in and the OnePlus Experience store in Banglore. "

 One Plus 3T is already out of stock in U.S. and Several other countries but in still available in India through online sites like Amazon. As confirmed by company it will continue the sale till later this year. 

However there is no news about One Plus 5. It is expected to be launched this summer.
